Mirage Inks has commenced BS8555 as a means to reduce the impact of its manufacturing processes on the environment. It is anticipated that this will lead to ISO14001 accreditation by the end of 2008. Please contact Mirage for a copy of its Environmental policy.

July 2007 - "Quartz Ultra Plus" New Cationic UV Ink Development For In-Mould Labels

  • A recent development resulted in an advance in U.V. inks for in-mould labels.
  • Quartz Ultra Plus Cationic UV inks meet the very demanding requirements of a seven year beer crate cycle.
  • The flexo printed labels are injection moulded and have to withstand caustic soda, detergent, high pressure water and extreme outdoor conditions.
